Bookings

1: Please email your initial enquiry for availability of accommodation to:
information@eudlolodge.com  or  bookings@eudlolodge.com

Include in your email:
• Your preferred dates for accommodation
• The number of guests
• The number of rooms
• The number of nights you wish to stay
• Any special needs you may have, including any particular dietary requirements as conditions may apply, for not all dietary needs can be met.

2: We will reply indicating availability of accommodation as requested.

Deposit terms and payment
Please book in advance.  To confirm your booking a deposit of the first night’s tariff is required.  Confirmation of your booking will be sent upon receipt of the deposit as cleared funds.

Payment is possible in cash, either
      - by a personal cheque drawn on an Australian bank (with sufficient time for the bank to clear funds), or 
      - by direct deposit into our ANZ bank accounts either in Australia or New Zealand (bank account details will be forwarded to you by email if this method is requested). 
      - PLEASE NOTE that we do not accept credit cards.

For overseas guests only, we accept payment through PayPal, which offers a Mastercard and Visa credit card payment option. A 4% surcharge is charged for credit card transactions to cover the fees involved.

If your travel plans change please let us know at least 7 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit.  A refund of your deposit upon cancellation within 7 days is dependant on your reservation being taken up by another booking.

a)  Post your deposit payment to us at:

b)  Email a confirmation of the first night deposit having been paid directly
         into our bank account to bookings@eudlolodge.com or
c)   Phone 0061-7-54788406 for other arrangements.

Meals:
Dinner (2 courses - $22 pp)
Please indicate any dietary requirements at the time of booking (conditions may apply as not all dietary needs can be met).

Airport / Railway Station Transfers:
Airport or nearby train station transfers may be possible.  Please enquire.  Conditions and a cost may apply.
