Location

Eudlo is located centrally in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast and is easily accessed from Brisbane by either car or train.

Eudlo is a small historic rural “timber-town” village. Its heart is only a 5-minute walk away, boasting a general store (with petrol pump), post office, school, park, railway station and hall – what more do you need!?

Historic Palmwoods, with its traditional “Cobb & Co” village atmosphere and local market operating twice a month, is only a 5-minute drive north. The refurbished local pub serves great meals and offers regular on-stage entertainment.

Eudlo is an easy 1-hour drive north of Brisbane (100km) – take the Bruce Highway and then head west of Forest Glen. Detailed directions will be provided to guests. Alternatively, catch the Queensland Rail commuter train north from Brisbane, and get off at Eudlo station (only 400m from Eudlo Lodge). Remember to sit in the first carriage, as Eudlo station is very short!

We enjoy a lovely sub-tropical climate – with cool breezes and warm days.

There are plenty of things to explore within a 30 minute radius. These might include:

• Maroochydore (for major shopping and beaches)
• Blackall Mountains (for bush walks and drives)
• Montville (for crafts and cafes)
• Chenrezig Buddhist Centre (for meditation)
• Nambour (for local theatres and cinema)
• Buderim (for niche shopping and gardens)
• Yandina (for the ginger factory and gardens)
• Eumundi (for famous craft market)
• Australia Zoo (for Australian wildlife)
• Noosa (for exclusive shopping and eateries)
• Aussie World (for amusement park attractions)
• Mooloolaba (for restaurants, cafes, beach scene)

Eudlo Lodge is ideal for relaxing, sightseeing, walking, swimming, reading, meditating, and so much more.
