Room rates:
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Prices are effective to 30 September 2011.
Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice. Please confirm at the time of enquiry.

Daily tariff per room including full breakfast:

• Weekday rate: (Monday to Friday - minimum 2 nights)
Single $95 - Double $110
• Weekend rate: (Saturday and Sunday - minimum 2 nights)
Single $100 - Double $115

• 1 Night Only rate: (special conditions & price on application)

A Discount is offered for stays of 5 days or more – please enquire.

We accept cash and bank deposits. Personal cheques are accepted for pre-payment provided there is sufficient time to ensure the clearance of funds.

For overseas guests we also accept payment through PayPal, which offers a Mastercard and Visa credit card payment option, with a 4% surcharge to cover transaction fees.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

o Check-in time is 2 pm.
o Check-out time is 11 am.

On site parking is available to all guests.

Massage: On-site relaxation massage available (prices on application)

Internet Access is NOT available.

An extensive library of books, magazines and DVDs is available to guests.

Transport pick-ups or drop-offs may be able to be provided, however conditions will apply. Price will be advised at time of enquiry and confirmation.
We recommend that you have a car available for the duration of your stay to best enjoy what the Sunshine Coast has to offer, and to access local amenities.

Local Sightseeing Tours with your host for a couple of hours, half or full day may be provided by arrangement, however conditions will apply. The ‘tour’ charge covers tour transportation only, with food, refreshments and any entrance fees to attractions the responsibility of the tour guest. Please enquire as to the hourly rate when booking your accommodation.
